This coil lanyard is quality constructed and pretty much perfect for attaching cameras, LARGE lights, etc. I would not recommend it for a small/medium flashlight or the like...get a retractable lanyard for items like that.Pros:-Quality constructed-Variety of available colors-Good price-Plenty of reach at the coils full extension-The coil has a great deal of elasticity-All of the connection points look like they can be trustedCons:-Little bigger than I had hoped, but that's pretty subjective for a review...so just know this is NOT for handheld flashlights and smaller items, otherwise...nothing wrong with this piece of kit.
